Lessons and Classes
Learning new things is such a wonderful way to feel good about yourself. It expands your mind
and keeps your thinking sharp, it can teach you about new things which you may not be familiar
with, and it can help you to deal with problems you may be having in your life. It does not have to
be complicated or too much work, either. Our lessons are simple and easy to follow and often
include optional ideas to help you tweak the concept so it can best be fit into your life.
This page contains links to a large variety of free lessons (fun activities, traditions, and things to
try) for you and your family in each class. Many of our lessons are in pdf format. If you do not
have the software to view these lessons, we have a link at the bottom of this page to download
the free Adobe Reader software.
Our classes are separated into three main categories as follows:
Life - includes ways to celebrate milestones and has ideas for personal growth
Family - this section includes some great ideas for sharing quality family time
Holidays - contains ideas for how to celebrate annual traditions together as a family
After completing some of the lessons or classes, try to come up with some other things you
would like to regularly do with your family. Your children will genuinely look forward to spending
time together which will naturally strengthen your family bond. Try to take pictures of your family
enjoying these traditions and celebrations. It will be a fun way to look back on some of the
wonderful moments your family has spent together.
If you have any ideas you would like to share with us, please submit it on the contact us page.
We will try to incorporate as many of your ideas as we can into lessons. Every quarter, we will
have a prize for the best submissions.
Click on the class links below each category to view the individual lessons. Click on the
category title for a brief overview of all classes in that group.
Do as few or as many as you like. We will not grade you, but your family might!
